What is the time commitment for this program?
Each week’s workshop will be 1.5 hours with 1-2 hours of homework and activities between each session.

How many businesses will be in the Digital Pivot Program?
We are excited to have 7 entrepreneurs in the Digital Pivot Program.

English is my second language. Can I receive support in another language?

What types of businesses can apply?
We accept all Washtenaw County businesses including home-based businesses, service-focused businesses and more. Please refer to the about page for more information about qualifying participants or email us at hello@goproxie.com if you have specific questions.

My business does not meet all the requirements, can I still apply?
Unfortunately, we can only accept businesses that meet all requirements for this program.

Will the program be in person or virtual?
This program will be a hybrid program. In person workshops will be held for the first and final sessions. All other workshops will be virtual. Learn more about the program curriculum on the About page.

What type of support can I expect to receive?
Participants will walk away with a functional website with shop functionality, social media e-commerce solutions, shipping tools, and a $5,000 grant to scale their new business strategy. Along the way, you will receive coaching from our team of experts.

Who's supporting the Digital Pivot Program?
The Digital Pivot Program is ran by Proxie, LLC, a small business technical assistance firm, in partnership with the Small Business Growth Activator, driven by the Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development.

Who can apply to the Digital Pivot Program?
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
Your business must have less than 5 employees, including you.
You must have been in business on or before March 16, 2020 (If you closed on or after March 2020 and are re-opening, you are eligible).
Your business must be located in Washtenaw County, MI
Your business must meet the following income requirements:
If you are a one person household, you must make less than $55,900.If your household has 2 people, you must make less than $63,900.If your household has 3 people, you must make less than $71,900.If your household has 4 people, you must make less than $79,900.If your household has 5 people, you must make less than $86,300.If your household has 6 people, you must make less than $92,700.If your household has 7 people, you must make less than $99,100.If your household has 8 people, you must make less than $105,500.
